    In Tarot, The Magician means a great deal as he is the master of manifestation. “As above, So below” isn’t just a phrase to him. This means whatever is in the Higher or Spiritual Plane is also available in the Physical Plane. One just needs the determination and skill to do so. The Magician has the tools in front of him for this very goal.
