Refunds and Returns Policies
Booking & Cancellation
I value your time and mine, so please return the courtesy by being on time to your appointment. To ensure all clients receive the best service, there is a required 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment. For events the requirement is 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations
Individual reading cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will receive no more than 50% of the scheduled service fee. Events with less that 72 hours notice will not have their deposit refunded, and if the cancellation is less than 24 hours, will be charged the full service fee.
No-Shows
Failure to show up for an appointment or event without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. There will be no refund and no moving the appointment post scheduled time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to an individual appointment, we may need to reschedule to avoid delaying other clients. Late arrivals may be subject to a late fee of 25% of their service alongside their service fee.
Deposits
For individual readings there is no deposit. 100% of the service fee must be paid prior to the reading for individual readings. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure event bookings, which will be applied to your final bill. This deposit is forfeited if the cancellation policy is breached.
Services
I do not offer refunds on services during or after a reading has concluded. You do not get to cherry-pick which cards are pulled or how they are read.
Product Sales
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of products, all sales are generally considered final. There are only very small situations where-in there can be a refund. Please shop responsibly.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be offered if the product is defective/not as described or if you’ve accidentally purchased a product multiple times. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide evidence of the technical issue or the defect.
- Confirm that the product was wrongfully purchased multiple times.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind about the purchase.
- You no longer need the product.
- You purchased the wrong product.

To request a refund, please send an email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to contact@lostheading.com. Requests are typically reviewed within 3 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5 business days of review.
